The hotel is in a great location, all close by. Olympia, boulevards, opera, shops. I suddenly got a large room with a balcony loggia, where it was wonderful to relax with friends and a glass of wine. Beautiful and stylish breakfast room. I was surprised that the room has both a bath and a shower cabin, it's very comfortable, there is a choice when you are in a hurry or want to relax. The room can comfortably accommodate 3 people. The staff responds to all requests without questions. Not brilliant, but nice.
The room was in need of a little renovations, furniture in some places. The windows on the loggia do not open or close without the help of staff, which is not very convenient. According to the location and surroundings it is full of 4 stars, in some details: unopened windows, sunken chair, hair dryer with falling nozzle is 3 stars plus.

It's a beautiful location. Amiable manager. Quiet. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, all staffed. Nice halls, there must be different rooms...
We booked a room for a day, asked to give an early (13-00 day) check-in, so that evening we were already leaving for the airport. But they didn't give us the room right away, only after two days... The room was small, without ventilation (it did not work), without the possibility of opening a window. It was impossible stuffy, opened the door to the corridor. The night would not have been very sleepy... And for some reason we took another 5 euros after departure, although we did not use the minibar... It's a small thing, it's unpleasant. For a bag of tea?

I was captivated by the hotel's classic yet contemporary style, with its warm wood tones and soothing brown and beige hues. The tranquil spaces and well-designed layout made it easy for me to navigate and find my way around, even as a senior woman. The hotel's accessibility for older guests was exceptional, with spacious corridors and easy-to-use elevators.
I would have appreciated a bit more assistance from the staff during my stay. It would have been helpful if the children working there were more attentive and responsive to our needs as senior guests.

On arrival at LePera we were checked in a reception promptly by a very nice man who ran the reception area. I never got his name but he was very helpful when we had any queries or looked for directions. Our bags were dropped up to our room for us and our room was a decent size by Parisien standards. The hotel has a very contemporary and comfortable feel to it. The room was maintained by housekeeping every day and the breakfast was excellent as there was a great variety and as it was a buffet you could have quite a substantial breakfast to set you up for your busy day of discovering the city! Plus its in a great location for the sights, shopping and tour buses pass nearby and there is a metro station only a few minutes walk away.
There is nothing really that we didnt like about the hotel and we really enjoyed our stay there.

Very good to have an appartment type room in the centre of Paris
The 6th floor is rather up. On the other hand it is quiet.

The hotel is in an excellent location in the centre of Paris. 3 minutes to the main shopping area. The staff are very friendly and the hotel itself is lovely. Our bedroom was facing the street and we did not hear any traffic as the windows are very well glazed. Great Hotel
